people who aren’t caught up with the manga: seriously just stop and reconsider watching it bc you risk to be very disappointed as the rest of the story is very disturbing and honestly just straight up disgusting

I was into the show for a short time and at first I kinda dismissed some things I read about the author because the only sources I could find were deleted tweets from websites I didn’t trust. However, for this I’ve seen actual screen caps from recent parts of the manga from former fans and things on the official wiki. It’s bad and now I don’t doubt the horrible things about the author being true.

I can link to sources to read more about it if you don’t want to take people’s word for it, but there’s some gross antisemetic stuff and something similar to the holocaust being used as a plot device that paints Nazis in a righteous light.
